Aptis Registration Form

Fill in the registration form and pay the fee for the test according to the samples listed below.The fee and date are stated in the registration form below. As soon as we register the payment, confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you filled in your registration form.

The test is administered with physical presence at the Centre for Foreign Languages - Skopje. Data from the test will be kept for 3 years.

The payment should be made within two days after the registration.

I hereby declare that I agree my personal data to be be held by the British Council under the rules of personal data protection (www.britishcouncil.org/privacy-cookies/data-protection) for the purpose of taking the Aptis exam.

I declare that, I accept the conditions that if I am suspected of engaging in any form of malpractice such as cheating or impersonating, or do anything that might damage the integrity and security of Aptis, I may not receive a test result, my test fee will not be refunded and I may be prohibited from taking Aptis test in the future.

I understand that I must not do the following:

talk to or disturb other candidates once the test has started.
leave the test room without the permission of the invigilator.
engage in any form of malpractice which may damage the integrity and security of the Aptis test.

Malpractice includes, but is not limited to:

attempting to cheat in any way, including using notes of any kind or source
helping another candidate to cheat
impersonating
disrupting the test in any way

Identification:
I understand that the only identification documents to be presented are a valid National Identity Card or a Passport. I allow the Centre for Foreign Languages - Skopje to copy my ID card/Passport I present on the test day and keep it for administrative purposes.

Test day transfer and refund:
You cannot cancel your Aptis test registration. You can transfer your test at least 3 (three) days prior to the test by paying a transfer fee of 700 den. You will not be able to reschedule your test if you don’t show up on the test day, unless you provide sufficient reasoning for your absence within a period of 5 days. Please note that the you cannot ask for a remark / review of the Aptis test.

The Centre for Foreign Languages – Skopje (CFL) will use the information that you are providing in connection with processing your registration for the Aptis exam. The legal basis for processing your information is in agreement with our terms and conditions of registration. CFL complies with the personal data protection law in North Macedonia. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, and the right to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in that information. If you have concerns about how we have used your personal information, you also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

The payment should be made within two days after the registration.

If you make a later payment you will need to provide proof of the payment on the test day.
